Held in Berkeley, California from March 12th to 13th, this conference examined the issues surrounding the North American relationship and its role in a changing world. This panel on March 13th examined the relationship between Canada, Mexico and the United States. The presenter was Robert Pastor, professor and co-director of the Center for North American Studies at American University (Washington, D.C.). The discussant was Jennifer Jeffs, President of the Canadian International Council.
