This August 7th panel, entitled "Bonfire of the Vanities," explored the role of the consumer in the global economy, and featured presentations by Joseph Heath (philosophy professor at the University of Toronto), Jennifer Corriero (co-founder and executive director of TakingITGlobal) and Peter Wintonick (independent documentary filmmaker).
