Public Record - 2010 IPAC National Annual Conference (Part 1 of 3)


The Institute of Public Administration of Canada (IPAC) held its 62nd National Annual Conference in Ottawa, from August 22nd to 25th. The theme of this year's conference was "Guardians of Our Communities, from Local to Global." On August 23rd, Kevin Lynch, former Clerk of the Privy Council and secretary to Cabinet, addressed the conference in a session on innovation. In his speech, Lynch examined the role creativity can play in addressing the innovation deficit in Canada.
