Halifax International Security Forum - Examining the possibility of of eliminating nuclear weapons worldwide (Nov. 6)
Ministers, politicians, government officals, and policy experts from around the world are coming to Halifax for a second time to debate and analyze top security and defence issues. The Halifax International Security Forum is organized by the German Marshall Fund of the United States, which seeks better cooperation and communication between North America and Europe. It's based on the annual Brussels Forum, also organized by the GMF.
