Paths to Parliament
Held in Ottawa on November 19th, 2010, this conference, entitled "Paths to Parliament," brought together experts to discuss the routes to elected office in Canada. The title of the second session was "Political Institutions and Paths to Parliament." The participants were Bill Cross (Carleton University), Alison Loat (Samara) and David Docherty (Wilfrid Laurier University). The discussant was Michael Donison, former National Director for the Conservative Party of Canada.
