On November 22nd and 23rd, 2010, The International Institute of Communications Canada held their Ninth Annual Conference in Ottawa. In the second panel discussion on November 22nd, Gerry Wall, President, Wall Communications Inc, Leonard Waverman, Dean of the Haskayne School of Business, University of Calgary and Scott Wallsten, Vice President for Research and Senior Fellow, Technology Policy Institute, Washington D.C discussed what role international benchmarking should play in setting national policy.
