This conference, held in Quebec City on January 27th, was co-organized by the Centre for Global Challenges, the École nationale d’administration publique (ÉNAP), and the Trudeau Foundation. The final session, “Defining Policy Options,” featured Alain-G. Gagnon (professor at Université du Québec à Montréal), Marie-Claude Prémont (professor at École nationale d’administration publique), and Régis Vigneau (former Quebec deputy minister of immigration and cultural communities).
