On February 24th and 25th, the CDA Institute and the Conference of Defence Associations held the 2011 Ottawa Conference on Defence and Security. In the final panel discussion on February 24th, former Canadian diplomat Chris Alexander, Commander James Kraska of the U.S. Naval War College, and Andrea Charron of Carleton University discussed contemporary security concerns.
