On May 5th, in Ottawa, the Canadian International Council organized a conference entitled "Iran in Context: Regional and Global Implications." The first panel of the day, "Who and What are Driving Iranian Policies?" featured Gordon Venner (Former Ambassador to Iran), Ramin Jahanbegloo (University of Toronto) and Gabriell Rifkind (Director, Human Security in the Middle East, Oxford Research Group, UK).
