CANADA'S INTERNATIONAL ROLE

On June 14, the national capital branch of the Canadian International Council held a panel discussion on Canadian foreign policy under the Conservatives. David Bercuson, director of the Centre for Military and Strategic Studies at the University of Calgary, Jack Granatstein, senior research fellow of the Canadian Defence and Foreign Affairs Institute and Denis Stairs, professor emeritus at Dalhousie University, discussed the impact of Stephen Harper and the Conservative government on Canada's international relations.
