Panellists include Paul Champ (a human rights lawyer), Nathalie Des Rosiers (Canadian Civil Liberties Association), Lorne Sossin (Osgoode Hall Law School), and Jameel Jaffer (American Civil Liberties Union). The moderator is Sukanya Pillay (Canadian Civil Liberties Association).
