Public Record - 4Front Atlantic Conference 2011 (Part 1 of 5)


On October 7th, 2011, the 4Front Atlantic Conference took place at the Pier 21 Canadian Museum of Immigration in Halifax. The conference examined and assessed the risks and opportunities for Atlantic Canada in light of the changing global economy.

In this first panel, titled "the Global Opportunity," participants examined some of the world's fastest growing economies and the opportunities they present to Canadians. The panellists were Stewart Beck (Canadian High Commissioner to India), John Sloan (Canadian Ambassador to Russia), Jamal Khokhar (Canadian Ambassador to Brazil) and Guillermo Rischynski (former Canadian Ambassador to Mexico).
