Public Record - 4Front Atlantic Conference 2011 (Part 3 of 5)


On October 7th, 2011, the 4Front Atlantic Conference took place at Pier 21 Canadian Museum of Immigration in Halifax.
The conference examined and assessed the risks and opportunities for Atlantic Canada in light of the changing global economy.

In this third panel, entitled "Human Capital: The Universities' contribution," participants discussed the role of post-secondary education in the development of future workforce of Atlantic Canada. The panellists were Wade MacLauchlan (Former President, University of PEI), Tom Traves (President, Dalhousie University) and Yvon Fontaine (President, Université de Moncton).
