Public Record - 2011 Halifax International Security Forum – November 18, 2011 (Part 2 of 10)

Halifax International Security Forum

Currently in its third year, Halifax is an event where informed and engaged leaders from around the world come together to learn from each other, share opinions, generate new ideas, and put them into action. This year, the Forum tackled complex issues such as the Arab Spring, economic security, and smart security in the age of less. Foreign Affairs magazine is Halifax’s new and distinguished media partner, and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) is a key sponsor of the event.

In this first session on November 18th, panelists discussed the question: "What's Changed since 9/11, Our Enemies? Ourselves? The World?"
