The Honourable David C. Onley, Ontario's Lieutenant Governor, delivered the government's speech from the throne in the Ontario legislature on Tuesday, November 22, 2011. The speech focused on the government's plan to help create jobs, strengthen the economy and protect the gains Ontarians have made in our schools and hospitals.
