The International Institute of Communications (IIC) Canada held its 2011 annual conference in Ottawa from November 28th to 29th. This year's theme was: "Competition, Innovation and Applications: Towards a Digital Economy for Canada."

This November 29th session, "Bandwidth Billing: Who Pays Who to Use What?" features Paul Beaudry (associate, Stikeman Elliott LLP), John Lawford (counsel, Public Interest Advocacy Centre) and Bryan Tramont (managing partner, Wilkinson Barker Knauer LLP).
