The Arab Spring: One Year Later

On February 16th, a conference examining the events and impact of the Arab Spring after its first anniversary was held at the University of Québec in Montreal. The second session examined Arab uprisings and regional reconfiguration. The panellists were Miloud Chennoufi, Houchang Hassan-Yari, Pierre Pahlavi, who are members of the Middle Eastern and North African Observatory at the University of Quebec in Montreal (UQAM), and Charles-Philippe David (Raoul Dandurand Chair in Strategic and Diplomatic Studies at the University of Quebec in Montreal).
