On February 16th, a conference examining the events and impact of the Arab Spring after its first anniversary was held at the University of Québec in Montreal. The third panel of the day, « La société civile: un nouvel acteur de changement » (Civil Society : A New Agent for Change), examined the role of civil society in Morocco, Egypt and Tunisia.
