The Race for the U.S. Presidency: State of Play and Implications for Canada
On March 13, 2012, a panel discussion examining the state of the U.S. presidential election campaign and its implications for Canada was held at the University of Ottawa. The panellists were Globe and Mail national affairs columnist Jeffrey Simpson, Maclean's Washington bureau chief Luiza Savage, and former Canadian ambassador to the U.S. Michael Kergin. This event was presented by the Centre for International Policy Studies and the Graduate School of Public and International Affairs at the University of Ottawa.
