We’re all journalists now…a CJF Forum on Participatory Journalism

On April 19 in Toronto, the Canadian Journalism Foundation organized an event entitled “We’re all journalists now…a CJF Forum on Participatory Journalism.” The forum examined the state of journalism given the proliferation of online blogs and citizen journalism. Among the participants were Wilf Dinnick (founding editor and CEO of OpenFile), Dan Dunsky (executive producer of TVO’s The Agenda), Andrew Lundy (director of Globalnews.ca), Jennifer MacMillan (communities editor with The Globe and Mail) and Rachel Nixon (director of digital media for CBC News).
