The participants are Elisabeth Spehar (director of the Europe division of the UN’s Department of Political Affairs), Simon Dieuseul Desras (president of the Senate in the Parliament of Haiti), David Ximens (member of the Timor-Leste Parliament), and Hans Correll (former UN undersecretary-general for legal affairs).
