The McGill Institute for the Study of Canada hosted its annual conference: "Lifting Off and Flying High : Talent and Success in Canada," February 12, 2013. In the second plenary session of day two of the conference Ken Dryden (former NHL goaltender), Richard Pound (former president of the World Anti-Doping Agency), Ross Rebagliati, (olympic athlete) and Danièle Sauvageau, (first Olympic women’s hockey gold-medal-winning coach) discuss if Canada does enough to support professional and amateur athletes .
