Panellists discuss how to utilize social media platforms responsibly in the rush to report breaking news. The panel participants are Andy Carvin (senior social media strategist at NPR and author of Distant Witness), Esther Enkin (ombudsman for CBC English services), Mathew Ingram (senior writer at GigaOM) and Kathy English (Toronto Star public editor).
