Manning Networking Conference – March 9, 2013 (Part 1 of 3)
In this conference session, entitled "Energy ‘Dragon’s Den’ – Who Should Get Canada’s Oil?," three speakers present arguments for exporting Canadian oil to China, the United States, or eastern Canada. The speakers are Wenran Jiang (senior fellow of the Asia–Pacific Institute), Matt Koch (vice-president of the U.S. Chamber Institute for 21st Century Energy), and Blaine Higgs (the New Brunswick finance minister). Afterwards, a separate panel debates the arguments in more detail.
