On March 15-16 in Shawinigan, The Rt. Hon. Jean Chrétien, together with a number of senior officials and scholars, hold symposium mark the tenth anniversary of the Canadian government’s decision not to join the coalition invading Iraq. The second panel examines the issue of public opinion in Québec and Canada with regards to the decision and features Jean-Christophe Boucher (professor, Dalhousie University), Claire Turenne-Sjolander (professor, University of Ottawa) and Éric Bédard (professor, Télé-université de l’Université du Québec).
