The third panel examines the impact on Canada–U.S. Relations and featured Stéfanie von Hlatky (professor, Queen's University), Michael Kergin (Canadian ambassador to Washington, 2000–2005) and Brigadier-General Richard Giguère (Commander Of Land Force Quebec Area and Joint Task Force East, Canadian Forces).
