The second working group session featured a panel discussion on navigating government relationships. The participants were Daryn Leas (legal counsel for the Council of Yukon First Nations), Toby Andersen (deputy minister of Nunatsiavut affairs for the Nunatsiavut government), Patrick Tomlinson (director of intergovernmental relations for the Gwich'in Tribal Council) and Kimberly Thompson (director of the B.C./Yukon/N.W.T.
