In the final session of this conference hosted by the Canadian Health Coalition, participants discuss strategies for building political momentum in favour of universal drug coverage, Ottawa, Ont., May 25, 2013. The conference explores the development of a national pharmacare program as a key element of health-care reform.

Speaking on the panel are Matthew Kellway (NDP MP), Hedy Fry (Liberal MP) and Amir Khadir (Member of National Assembly of Québec). Later, Keith Newman (Congress of Union Retirees of Canada) and Robert G. Evans (UBC Centre for Health Services and Policy Research) summarize the conference proceedings for those in attendance.
