The speakers on this panel are Caroline Leprince (Raoul-Dandurand Chair of Strategic and Diplomatic Studies, Université du Québec à Montréal), Colonel Roch Pelletier (former Deputy Commander of the Canadian Contribution to the Training Mission in Afghanistan), Alec Castonguay (Political Bureau Chief, L'Actualité magazine) and Yann-Cédric Quero (worked for UNDP in Afghanistan 2012-2013, 12 years' international experience in policing capacity building).
