The Centre for International Policy Studies at the University of Ottawa and the Canadian International Council holds a conference titled "The Ottawa Forum: Rethinking Canada's International Strategy." The third session examines issues of innovation, competitiveness and cities and features Andrea Mandel-Campbell (Kinross Gold Corporation), Jennifer Keesmaat (City of Toronto), Anne Golden (Distinguished Visiting Scholar, Ryerson University and Public Policy Scholar, Woodrow Wilson Center) and Tim Barber (Canada 2020).
