The 2014 National Aboriginal Law Conference, "Nation-Building under Land Claims Agreements, Treaties and Self-Government Agreements” examines the practical, on-the-ground implications and challenges of implementing modern land claim agreements, treaties, and other similar agreements. The concluding session of the conference discusses the lessons learned and ways forward for negotiating land claims agreements in Canada. (June 20, 2014)
