The Institute on Governance holds a two day conference entitled "Towards Reconciliation: The Future of Indigenous Governance." The first panel of the day features Paul Chartrand (Former RCAP Commissioner), Scott Serson (Former Deputy Minister, AANDC), Phil Fontaine (Former National Chief, AFN) and Fred Wien (Professor Emeritus, Dalhousie University) who examine the original aspirations of the Royal Commission on Aboriginal Peoples.
