Lieutenant-governor Vaughn Schofield delivers the throne speech to start the fourth session of the twenty-seventh legislature of the province of Saskatchewan. The economy, new tax breaks, tighter privacy laws and legislation to “modernize” Saskatchewan’s organ donation system are among the items the Saskatchewan government was highlighting in the throne speech.
