In the opening session of day 2 Jon Thompson of the AFN, reviews the draft Framework for a Federal Act for Funding First Nation Education, Roberta Jamieson provides an update on "Indspire", an Indigenous-led registered charity that invests in the education of Indigenous people and Stuart Wuttke of the AFN outlines the Indian Residential Schools Settlement Agreement .
