Don Tapscott (author and adjunct professor, Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto) in conversation with Matthew Bishop (Globalisation Editor, The Economist), discusses how the internet has changed business over the past two decades. Tapscott's book "The Digital Economy: Rethinking Promise and Peril in the Age of Networked Intelligence" was first published in 1994.
