Hosted by the University of Toronto Faculty of Law and Munk School of Global Affairs, this one-day conference examines the responses in Canada, Europe and around the world to the violent attacks in Paris that took place in January. Panellists Arthur Ripstein (professor of law and philosophy at the University of Toronto), Jutta Brunnée (Metcalf Chair in Environmental Law at the University of Toronto) and Ron Pruessen (Director, International Partnerships and Research at the Munk School of Global Affairs) discuss geopolitical effects and the long view.
