The 15th semi-annual Munk Debate examines whether or not the West should engage not isolate Russia. Stephen Cohen (Professor of Russian Studies and History, New York University) and Vladimir Pozner (Journalist and Author) argue for the resolution "Be it resolved the West should engage not isolate Russia," while Anne Applebaum (Expert on Russian history) and Garry Kasparov (Chairman, Human Rights Foundation) argue against it.
