Rebooting Canada’s Communications Legislation

A conference is held that examines changes to Canada’s broadcasting and telecommunications legislation. The first session of the features an opening keynote by Liora Salter (Osgoode Hall Law School) followed by a panel entitled "The medium vs the law: communications sovereignty and technology." The participants on this panel are John H.
