Rebooting Canada’s Communications Legislation

A conference is held that examines changes to Canada’s broadcasting and telecommunications legislation. In the second session of the day Andrew Cardozo (Pearson Centre for Progressive Policy, formerly CRTC Commissioner,1997-2003), Larry Chartrand (University of Ottawa), David Ellis (York University), Sheridan Scott (former Commissioner of Competition) and Kealy Wilkinson (former Executive Director, Canadian Broadcast Museum Foundation) discuss the socio-cultural objectives of communications legislation.
