On June 1st, in Ottawa, three of Canada's most insightful academics discussed the future of Canadian federalism. Janice Gross Stein, director of the Munk Centre for International Studies at the University of Toronto, Roger Gibbins, president and CEO of the Canada West Foundation, and Antonia Maioni, director of the McGill Institute for the Study of Canada, participated in the inaugural CIBC Scholar-in-Residence lecture, hosted by The Conference Board of Canada.
