Public Record - Online Voting Roundtable: Electoral Futures in Canada


A conference is held at the University of Ottawa on the possible adoption of online voting in Canada and its policy implications as well as the steps to be taken leading up to its deployment. The Honourable Maryam Monsef, Minister of Democratic Institutions, delivers opening remarks. The first panel "Canadian Attitudes and Experiences with Online Voting," features Karen Bird (McMaster University), Nicole Goodman (Centre for e-Democracy and University of Toronto), Jon Pammett (Carleton University) and Leah C.
