The Arctic Circle holds a forum in Quebec City to discuss sustainable development in northern regions. Participants in this special plenary session discuss climate change in Arctic and northern regions. Speakers include David Heurtel (Quebec minister of sustainable development, environment and the fight against climate change), Alain Bourque (executive director, Ouranos), David Miller (president and CEO, World Wildlife Fund Canada), and His Serene Highness Albert II, Prince of Monaco.
