At an annual conference hosted by the Canadian Defence and Foreign Affairs Institute, a panel of experts discuss Quebec’s influence on Canadian foreign policy issues, Ottawa, Ont., October 30, 2006.

The panellists are Louise Beaudoin (professor of globalization at the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM)), Stéphane Roussel (political science professor at UQAM), Jean-Christophe Boucher (PhD student in political science at Université Laval), David Dyment (political science professor at the University of Ottawa), and Nelson Michaud (director of education and research at the École nationale d’administration publique).

Conference chair Gérard Hervouet (Université Laval) makes opening remarks and moderates. After speeches, panellists take questions from conference attendees.
