Female Diplomats Discuss the New Era in Global Diplomacy
The Centre for International Policy Studies at the University of Ottawa organizes a discussion featuring an all-female panel of ambassadors and high commissioners on the eve of International Women's Day. The discussion is entitled "Disorder, Disruptions, Directions: A New Era in Global Diplomacy?"
