Following his speech, Mr. Harper answers questions about values, Canada’s relationship with the United States, health care, provincial jurisdiction, electoral success of the Canadian Alliance in Quebec, foreign policy, and his views on the Liberal Party. He is introduced by Michel Kelly-Gagnon (executive director of the Montreal Economic Institute).
