The Arthur Kroeger College of Public Affairs hosts its leadership forum at Carleton University in Ottawa, Ont., February 10, 2004.

A panel discussion entitled “Relating Well: Considerations for the Current Government of Canada” focuses on Canadian–American relations. The participants are Anthony DePalma (an international business correspondent for the New York Times), Maureen Molot (a professor of International Affairs at Carleton University), and Stephen Clarkson (a professor of political science at the University of Toronto). They are introduced by Katherine Graham (dean of Public Affairs and Management at Carleton University). Following their remarks, the panellists respond to questions from audience members.
