Proceedings of the House of Commons Standing Committee on Public Accounts, March 11, 2004. Committee members continue their consideration of the Auditor General of Canada’s report on government sponsorship activities, advertising, and management of public opinion research.

The committee hears testimony from Allan Cutler, the former employee in the Department of Public Works who first raised concerns about anomalies in the department’s management of sponsorship activities. Mr. Cutler faces questions from committee members Diane Ablonczy (Conservative), Odina Desrochers (Bloc Québécois), Shawn Murphy (Liberal), Vic Toews (Conservative), Beth Phinney (Liberal), Dennis Mills (Liberal), Marlene Jennings (Liberal), and Alan Tonks (Liberal).
