The National Assembly of Quebec holds a general meeting to discuss Bill n° 9 (An Act respecting the consultation of citizens with respect to territorial reorganization of certain municipalities), Quebec City, Que., September 11, 2003.

Appearing before the commission are Claude Trudeau (Coalition des citoyen(ne)s pour la défusion de la ville de Saint-Lambert), Maria Tutino (the former president of l’Association des résidents de Baie d’Urfé), and Danielle Audren and Huguette Blais (members of l’Association des résidents de Baie d’Urfé).
