The Royal Military College of Canada (RMC) hosts its 10th annual symposium in Kingston, Ont., March 11–12, 2004. This year’s theme is “The Aftermath of War.”

In this March 12th session, panellists discuss Canada's role in the non-nuclearization of the Vietnam War. Participants include Charles Rhéaume and Yves Tremblay from the Department of National Defence.
