Reboot Communications hosts its annual public safety, technology, and counter-terrorism conference, Ottawa, Ont., April 26–27, 2004.

This April 26th session focuses on overcoming barriers to sharing information amongst law enforcement agencies. Participants include Mark Bornais (the director of interoperability for Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness Canada), Borya Koba (the director general of IT business solutions for the RCMP), and Vince Bevan (the chief of the Ottawa Police Service). Tom Gede (the executive director of the United States Conference of Western Attorneys General) introduces the day’s speakers.
